What is Tesa 60251?
Tesa 60251 is a high-performance conductive adhesive tape designed for demanding electronic and EMI shielding applications. With a total thickness of 55µm, it provides excellent conductivity, bonding strength, and long-term stability under harsh conditions such as high temperature and humidity.

- Conductive acrylic adhesive
- PE coated release paper (available in white or blue)
- Standard sizes: 1220mm × 50m, 1020mm × 50m, 1040mm × 50m

- Excellent XYZ conductivity under high temperature and humidity
- Contact resistance (Z direction): 0.05 ohms/square inch
- Surface resistance (X-Y direction, adhesive): 0.2 ohms/square
- Strong adhesion: 10.4 N/cm on steel (after 14 days)
- Short-term temperature resistance: up to 120°C to 160°C
- Long-term temperature resistance: up to 100°C
- Tear-resistant and dimensionally stable
