What is Chemlok208A?
Chemlok208A is a high-performance primer engineered for use in coil coating processes. It is tailored to work with Chemlok 220B, Autoseal 3370, and other compatible Chemlok covercoat adhesives. This primer enhances adhesion on roll-formed metals and is ideal for high-speed, continuous coating environments. With excellent bonding strength and environmental resistance, it is suitable for use on prepared metal substrates such as aluminum, stainless steel, and electrogalvanized steel.

- Dynamic viscosity: 75 to 200 cP at 25°C (77°F)
- Density: 934.6 to 970.6 kg/m³ (7.8 to 8.1 lb/gal)

- Solvent system includes xylene, MIBK, toluene, and MEK
